Payment terms for consulting and property services are specified in individual engagement agreements. All fees are due as stated in the applicable agreement. WGH Solutions reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
WGH Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
